She has 16 years of human services administrative experience at the state and local level. Currently, she serves as Director of Licensing for Virginia’s Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services in Richmond, Virginia.
Blair, Virginia
Virginia received her MS degree in management from the National College of Education and her BS degree in nursing from Saint Agnes School of Nursing. Currently she serves as Vice President of Performance Improvement for Prince William Health System in Manassas, Virginia.
Blomberg, Teresa
