PHARMACY (7.5 contact hours)
The “VCU School of Pharmacy” is accredited by the Accreditation Council for
Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Upon
successful completion of this entire program and submittal of an evaluation
form, participants will receive 7.5 contact hours (.75 CEUs). Program Number:

PHYSICIAN (7 CME’s)
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the
Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Virginia Commonwealth
University (VCU) School of Medicine and Virginians Improving Patient Care and
Safety (VIPC&S). VCU is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical
education for physicians.
Physicians may claim up to 7 hours in Type 1 or Type 2 CME on the Virginia Board of Medicine Continued Competency and Assessment Form required for renewal of an active medical license.
VCU designates this educational activity for a maximum of 7 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This continuing education activity meets the criteria of Virginia Commonwealth University and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. 0.7 CEUs will be awarded and recorded with the University.
